BURLINGTON, Vt – Vermont head coach Chris Feifs announced a veteran leadership group for the 2026 season on Wednesday.

Tristan Whitaker, Jack Combs, Ryker Demarest, Max Frattaroli, and Colin Bullock were chosen by their teammates as captains for the upcoming season.

"We are pleased to announce these 5 captains as voted on by their teammates to lead our team for the 25-26 season," said head coach Chris Feifs. "They all exhibit different strengths and leadership styles but are united in their work ethic, character, and desire to win as Catamounts. I am excited to see their impact across a broad spectrum of the team this upcoming fall and into the future."

Whitaker had an injury-shortened junior season. In eight games, he scored 10 goals, which tied for the fourth most on the team. He also added five ground balls.
