COACH'S QUOTE
"Kenny's 1K today was absolutely fantastic.  Very happy for him and Will Just ran a great one too.  Henry and Forrest in the 3K ran very well also. The women's Mile was loaded with personal bests too, as we are seeing the strength from our workouts beginning to show for many.  The women in the 800 also ran well, and it's especially nice when seniors like Emma HC and Cara are still able to be dropping significant time in their fourth years here," said head coach Matt Belfield. "Emma W was on fire in the shot put with three of her six efforts beyond her old best.  Nice to see Carolena and Knute have strong long jump performances too. We finished our day with a very inspired school record in the 4x200 which was a nice boost for our team in the way out of NYC.  Good energy and team spirit today for sure."
