• America East Commissioners Honor Roll (2024-25)

FIRST YEAR OUTDOOR SEASON (2025): Opened her season coming in ninth in the 5000 at the Colonial Relays (Apr. 4-5) … Finished 10th in the 1500 at the UMass Commonwealth Invitational (Apr. 12) … Came in second in the 3000 at the George Davis Invitational (Apr. 19) … Placed 10th in the 1500 at the UMass Pre-Conference meet (Apr. 25) … Came in third and fifth in the 5000 and 1500 finals at the America East Championships (May 3-4) … Recorded 12th in the 1500 at the NEICAAA Championships (May 10).

FIRST YEAR INDOOR SEASON (2025): Opened at the Early Bird Invite (Dec. 7) and ran the 3000m and placed sixth. In the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 18) she won the 1000m, and placed third in the 1-mile with a time of 5:11.84. At the Scarlet Knight Open (Jan. 31), she raced in the 3000m placing 5th. At the Big Apple Invitational (Feb. 8) in the 1-mile she placed second with a time of 4:59.77. At the American East Championships (Feb. 22) she ran in the 3000m, placing fourth.

BEFORE VERMONT: From Brewster, New York … Ran indoor and outdoor track as well as cross country at North Salem High School … Captain of her cross country, indoor, and outdoor track teams her senior year of high school … Three-time all-league nominee in cross country, seven-time all-league nominee in indoor track, seven-time all-league nominee in outdoor track … Three-year National Honor Society Member.
 
PERSONAL: Daughter of Ryan and Lisa Fryer … Has two siblings, Jack and Everett … Chose UVM because of its amazing resources for her major, the campus, and the ability to do athletics … She lists her biggest influence as an athlete as her high school coaches … Lists Mary Poppins as her favorite movie, Outer banks as favorite TV show, the neighborhood as favorite band, Katelyn Tuohy as favorite athlete and North Carolina State as favorite sports team … She plans to major in nutrition and food sciences.
