The University of Vermont will collect canned goods from New Hampshire prior to the women's soccer match on October 1 at Virtue Field. The Catamounts will make another exchange with Maine prior to the two teams playing each other in women's soccer on October 8. The initiative was the idea of Toni Onikeku, a UMass Lowell track and field student-athlete and SAAC member, who passed away tragically in August. America East SAAC is carrying out this initiative in honor of Onikeku and his passion for community service.
