BURLINGTON, Vt. - The Vermont women's basketball team hosts former America East foe Delaware in the final home game of November on Saturday (Nov. 29) at 1 p.m. at Patrick Gymnasium. Tickets are available online at UVMathletics.com and in person starting at noon in the Patrick Gymnasium Lobby the day of the game. The game will be streamed online for free in HD via CatamounTV.com and can be heard on WVMT-620 AM (online: SportsJuice.com) with Kevin Fitzgerald calling the

LAST TIME OUT - Central Conn. 77, Vermont 75 (OT)
Despite making three comeback attempts to erase a 13-point deficit, a 10-point deficit and a seven-point deficit, the Catamounts fell at the buzzer at Central Connecticut ... The Catamounts fell behind 14-1 to open the game, but closed the gap to four at the half, 31-27 ... CCSU pushed back out to a 10-point lead with 9:46 left in the second half, but UVM used a 13-3 run to tie the game up and took a 59-58 lead with 1:21 remaining ... Emilie Cloutier had two contested looks in the final seconds to net the game-winner but the shots would not fall ... The Blue Devils took a seven-point lead in overtime, but UVM rallied again ... A step back 3-pointer from Kayla Burchill with 10 seconds left tied the game up at 75, but Amanda Harrington put back her own miss at the buzzer to lift CCSU to the win ... All five starters reached double figures in the scoring column, led by 13 points from both Kylie Atwood and Emilie Cloutier. Niki Taylor posted her seventh career double-double and second of the season with 12 points and 11 rebounds ... Kylie Butler added 12 points and Sydney Smith chipped in 11 points.
TAYLOR A LEADER
Senior Niki Taylor is averaging nearly a double-double (12.0 ppg/9.5 rpg) for the Catamounts and picked up her seventh career double-double, second of the season, at Central Connecticut on Tuesday ... She also ranks among the active leaders in America East in scoring (2nd - 877 career pts) and steals (5th - 97 career) ... Taylor ranks first among active leaders in rebounding in the league (586 career) and leads the league in offensive rebounds per game (5.7) ... She is closing in the 1,000-career point milestone, entering the game 123 shy of the mark.
