What is considered a group outing?
Bring 10 or more of your closest family, friends, co-workers, teammates etc to Patrick Gymnasium.
I have ordered tickets, when will I receive them?
Orders placed through the Vermont Ticket Office in-person or over the phone within 10 days of the game will not be mailed. These orders would be either emailed directly to the purchaser, or picked up at the Vermont Ticket Office during normal box office hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday) or on game day prior to tip-off in the lobby of Patrick Gymnasium.
Can I exchange/Return/Refund my tickets?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Are group discounts available for other Catamount sporting events?
Group discounts are available for all tickets sports during the regular season. Ticket prices vary based on the sport. Please call (802) 656-4410 for more details.
Everyone, 3 years of age and older, are required to have a ticket to all ticketed events.

Ticket Windows:
- Ticket windows for Catamount Men's and Women's Basketball are located in the lobby of Patrick Gymnasium
- All ticket windows open 1 hour prior to game time
Will Call and Player Guest Will Call:
- Will Call can be picked up at Patrick Gymnasium starting 1 hour prior to game time
- Any will call pick up earlier than 1 hour prior to game time can take place at the Vermont Ticket Office, located on the balcony above the Patrick Gymnasium lobby
- All will call pick up requires an ID
