PLAYOFF BOUND
With Sunday's 2-1 win at Maine, the Catamounts punched their ticket to the America East Tournament for the fourth consecutive year, a first for the program, and seventh time in the last eight years. UVM is one of three teams to clinch a spot in the upcoming conference tournament – Hartford and Stony Brook. Vermont's four league victories this season are tied for the most during
Kristi Huizenga's eight-year tenure.
AMERICA EAST WEEKLY HONORS
Sophomore goalkeeper
Kacey Lambertson and freshman midfielder
Alyssa Oviedo earned America East weekly honors on Monday. Lambertson was tabbed as the Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this year and Oviedo was named Rookie of the Week. Lambertson stopped seven of eight shots sent her way and guided the Cats to a 2-0 week. She recorded her fourth clean sheet of the season and tallied three saves in a 2-0 win at New Hampshire last Thursday - UVM's first win in Durham since 2002. Oviedo scored her first career goal in the 92nd minute of Sunday's 2-1 victory at Maine.

INSIDE THE SERIES
The Catamounts and River Hawks will meet for the sixth time as the series is deadlocked at 2-2-1. UVM won the first ever matchup 3-1 back in 2013 but UML claimed the next two contests in 2014 and 2015. The Green and Gold responded with a 1-0 overtime win at Virtue Field in 2016 and the two programs battled to a 2-2 draw in Lowell last year.
