FINAL SCORE: Rider 64, Vermont 49
LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. – The Catamounts played just their third road game of the 2017-18 season on Friday night and lost at Rider 64-49. For the Broncs, it was their first win of the year, as they improve to 1-6.Â
"I know we have a few key injuries but I am extremely disappointed after tonight's performance," said UVM head coach
Chris Day. "Give Rider credit, but the team we had that battled last weekend was not that team tonight. However, I have extreme confidence that we can bounce back and play well on Sunday."Â
