BURLINGTON, Vt. - The Vermont Catamounts open the 2014-15 season with a pair of home games. UVM hosts Brown at 2 p.m. on Saturday (Nov. 15) and will also play Bryant on Tuesday (Nov. 18) at Patrick Gymnasium (7 p.m.).
Tickets can be purchased online at UVMathletics.com or in person one hour before tipoff in the Patrick Gymnasium Lobby the day of the game.
Both games will be streamed online for free via CatamounTV.com and can also be heard on WVMT-620 AM (online: SportsJuice.com or TuneIn app) with Kevin Fitzgerald calling the action.

Saint Michael's Exhibition Game CatamounTV Highlights PRESEASON PICKSVermont was picked to finish tied for seventh in the America East Preseason Poll. The Catamounts posted a record of 7-23 overall (4-12 America East) last season. UVM returns 89 percent of its scoring and its top six scorers from last year.
Brown went 10-18 in 2013-14 and 4-10 in the Ivy League, finishing sixth. The Bears were picked to finish eighth in the 8-team Ivy League Preseason Poll.
HOME SWEET HOMEUVM is opening the season at Patrick Gymnasium for the first time since 2008-09 and the first time in head coach
Lori Gear McBride's tenure at UVM. The Catamounts are 26-9 in home openers since 1979.
ABOUT BROWNBrown begins a new era as Sarah Behn begins her first season at the helm of the Bears. Behn was the head coach at UMass Lowell for three years before leaving for Providence. The Bears return the Ivy League's seventh-leading scorer in senior Sophie Bikofsky (13.5 ppg). She led the country in 3-point field goal percentage (48.6 - 86-for-177). Bikofsky set a single-season Brown record for 3-point field goals (86) and percentage (.486).
THE SERIESThis is the seventh meeting between the two teams. UVM owns 4-2 advantage in series. Brown pulled out a 61-51 win in Providence when the two teams last met on 1/6/14.
Kylie Butler posted a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds and
Kayla Burchill added 11 points.
WHO'S NEXTThe Catamounts will host Bryant on Tuesday (Nov. 18) at 7 p.m. at Patrick Gymnasium.
