AS A SENIOR (2012-13): Only Catamount to start all 31 games … Posted double figures in scoring 13 times … Recorded three double-doubles, the second most in America East … Reached double figures in rebounding six times and grabbed five or more rebounds 20 times … Scored a season-high 20 points at Providence … Added eight points and 11 rebounds in UVM’s victory over UMBC in the America East Quarterfinals … Registered three or blocks three times … Led the team in scoring (8.8 ppg) and rebounding (6.1 rpg) … Shot 43 percent from the field … Finished her career ranked among the all-time leaders in games played (23rd), rebounds (9th), free throws (7th), field goal percentage (14th) and blocks (15th).

AS A JUNIOR (2011-12): Served as team captain and was one of the top post players in America East … Started all 18 games she played in before being sidelined with a torn ACL suffered in overtime versus New Hampshire (1/14/12) … Averaged 15 points and 8.6 rebounds per game, while shooting 48.6 percent from the field … Reached double figures in 15 of the 18 games and posted seven double-doubles … Scored a career-high 28 points and added 11 rebounds versus Dartmouth … Posted back-to-back double-doubles with 18 points and 14 rebounds against Binghamton and followed with 19 points and 12 rebounds versus UNH.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Started 28 of the 29 games she played … Reached double-figures in scoring 15 times, including the last four games of the season … Posted six double-doubles, including the last four consecutive games … Scored a career-high 23 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in a win over New Hampshire (2/17/11) … Added a career-high 16 rebounds and 18 points at Quinnipiac (12/1/10) … Made eight or more free throws three times, including a 9-for-12 effort in a win over New Hampshire … Ranked among the America East leaders in scoring (10th-11.5 ppg), rebounding (10th-7.1 rpg), field goal percentage (13th-.397), and blocks (6th-1.1 bpg) … Also ranked fourth among the league leaders in offensive rebounds (3.1 rpg) … Finished the year leading Vermont in rebounds (7.1 rpg) and added 10.0 points per game … Was one of two Catamounts to start 28 games.
AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10): Came off the bench to play 13 minutes in her collegiate debut versus Western Michigan ... Contributed four points and five rebounds in 23 minutes in UVM’s win over NC State ... Added eight points and six rebounds versus Boston College ... Was a perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line ... Scored nine points and grabbed eight rebounds in 19 minutes in a win over Dartmouth ... Reached double figures in scoring for the first time in her career with 12 points in 13 minutes in a win over Manhattan ... Made first career start against Oklahoma State, filled in for Alissa Sheftic who was out with the flu ... Chipped in seven points and 11 rebounds in a season-high 30 minutes against Hartford at Patrick Gymnasium ... Matched her season-high of 12 points in a victory over Maine, was 5-for-6 from the floor ... Grabbed a season-high 12 rebounds at Maine in 27 minutes ... Averaged 5.3 points and 6.0 rebounds in the America East Tournament ... Scored six points and grabbed four rebounds in UVM's first-ever NCAA Tournament victory over No. 7 Wisconsin ... Finished the year playing in 32 of 34 games.
BEFORE VERMONT: Came UVM from Governor Simcoe Secondary School ... Simcoe was unbeaten in league play all four years behind Buschmann's play and she finished her career with a record of 107-11 ... Averaged 15 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and three blocks per game as a senior at Simcoe ... A two-time team captain, she helped Simcoe win two Ontario High School AAA Championships and three Southern Ontario Championships ... Also played for the U15 Ontario Provincial Team and won a Canadian championship in 2005 ... Buschmann was also a talented rower in high school and turned down scholarships to Texas and Michigan State for rowing to play basketball at Vermont ... As a rower, Buschmann finished second at the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta in 2008 and was a two-time Junior Women's Oarswoman of the Year at Simcoe.
