BEFORE VERMONT

• Graduated from Issaquah High School … she played basketball all four years there and was a shooting guard. 

• In the 2024-25 basketball season, she averaged 17 ppg, 4 rpg, and 3 apg … she was the Team Captain for that season and was also named Offensive MVP. 

• She was named to the First Team All-Conference in 2024-25 … and was 2x Second Team All-Conference in 2022-23, and 2023-24. 

• She holds the All-Time career points scored record … career three pointers record in a single season … and ended up being a 1000 point scorer.  

PERSONAL

• Daughter of Mark and Lijuan Hanson … has one sibling, Keira … chose UVM because it felt like a family away from home, and she liked the competitiveness of both athletics and academics.

• The biggest influence as an athlete is LeBron James because, from a young age, she has always looked up to his leadership and work ethic. 

• Chose her jersey number because of Kelsey Plum. 

• Favorite movie is How to Lose A Guy in 10 Days … favorite TV show is Psych … favorite band is Fleetwood Mac … favorite athlete ot watch is Paige Bueckers. 

• Something people may not know about her is that she is left-handed but shoots with her right.
