Loudonville, NY. – Vermont (2-4) took a loss in Loudonville on Wednesday afternoon, falling to Siena (1-4) at Hickey Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Siena started the game off with a goal off a free position shot at the 12:40 mark.
- With four minutes remaining in the 1st quarter, Siena would go up 2-0.
- Siena led at the end first quarter 3-0.
- After going down 5-0 in the second quarter, Kendall Traveis would bury a goal off a rebound to put the Catamounts on the board with eight minutes remaining in the half.
- Two minutes later, Siena responded with their own goal going up 6-1.
- At the 2:17 mark, Maddie Erskine scored a goal in the middle as the Catamounts still trailed 6-2.
- Siena led at the half 7-2
- Meghan O'Connor opened up the 2nd half burying a goal cutting the deficit to 4.
- Siena would proceed to go on a 3-0 run leading 10-3 at the 8:42 mark in the 3rd.
- Lydia Doraz scored off a Karina Sethi assist as Vermont trailed 10-4.
- Both teams were held scoreless in the 3rd quarter.
- After going down 4-11 early in the 4th, the Catamounts would end the game on a 3-0 run.
