HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the first minute, Stony Brook buried a goal to start the game.
- A minute later, the Seawolves secured the draw control and scored another goal to give them a 2-0 lead.
- After going down 4-0, Lindsay Lefebvre would bury a goal off a Maddie Erskine assist at the 6:19 mark in the first quarter.
- With three minutes remaining, Maddie Erskine would score off a pass from Lydia Doraz as the Catamounts trailed 4-2.
- Stony Brook went on a 2-0 run to end the first quarter. Vermont trailed 2-6 going into the second quarter.
- The Seawolves went on a 7-0 run in the second quarter, and UVM trailed 13-2 at the half.
- Lydian Doraz would score top shelf at the 5:03 mark in the third quarter. Vermont still trailed 16-3.
- Caitlin Haggerty and Lauren Lefebvre would each tally a goal in the fourth quarter.
