FRANCONIA NOTCH/JACKSON, NH. – Justine Clément finished in third place on Saturday afternoon during the slalom, anchoring the women's alpine team to the most points out of every school for the second day in a row, individually notching her fourth podium appearance on the season.

The Alpine team competed in Franconia Notch, NH from the Mittersill in the slalom race on Saturday, seeing the women secure the most points out of every school for the second day in a row. After winning her giant slalom race outright during day one, Clement made another podium appearance placing third in the slalom today, racing a two-run time of 1:35.51.
Moa Clementson finished just one spot behind Clement, racing to fourth place with a two-run time of 1:35.74, her best finish of the season along with her first top five finish on the season.
Cydnie Timmermann placed seventh with a two-run time of 1:36.03, the eighth time this season racing into the top 10 and sixth time in her last seven races.
On the men's side of the Alpine competition,
Mackenzie Wood continued to display incredible consistency, finishing the slalom tied for fourth place with a two-run time of 1:29.00, the sixth race in a row Wood has placed in the top five.
Magnus Berge Styren raced to eighth place with a two-run time of 1:29.33. Styren has yet to finish outside the top 10 in all of his slalom races this season.
Men's and women's Nordic competed in a 15km Freestyle Mass Start in Jackson, NH from the Jackson XC, seeing
Finn Sweet race to a team best fourth place finish on the men's side, skiing a time of 35:25.6. It's Sweet's third consecutive race finishing in the top five, fourth time this season.
On the women's side of the Nordic race,
Annie McColgan notched a team best fifth place finish, racing a time of 39:22.5. It's McColgan's fifth race this season placing in the top five, and second consecutive race.
UP NEXT
The Catamounts will return to action March 5-8 at the 2025 NCAA Skiing Championships hosted by Dartmouth College. Alpine races will be at the Dartmouth Skiway in Etna, NH while Nordic will be contested at the Oak Hill Outdoor Center in Hanover, NH. Action will get underway on Wednesday, March 5 with the GS, all the action during the week will be streamed live for free on NCAA.com.
