BURLINGTON, Vt. – Vermont (1-0-2) continues its non-conference play against another Patriot League foe, Colgate (0-2-1), in their third game of a four-game home stand on Thursday, August 29 at 6 p.m. from Virtue Field. Thursday's matchup is the Catamounts annual Rally Around Mental Health Game presented by Redstone. The match will be broadcast live on ESPN+ with Brian McLaughlin on the call.

- A Catamount has scored their first career goal in each of the first three matches of the season. Aubrey Bough scored her first career goal against UConn in the season opener, Farrah Yaccoub scored her first career goal against Saint Anselm in the home opener, and Emma Warren most recently scored her first career goal against Boston University.
- Vermont ranks first amongst the America East conference in numerous categories including scoring offense (2.33 goals per game), shots on goal per game (8.33), and total goals, having earned seven so far.

- Vermont returns four America East All-Conference members from their 2023 squad, Kate Bossert, Bailey Ayer, Maddy Cronin, and Bridget Kennedy.

SCOUTING THE RAIDERS
- Colgate was voted to finish seventh in the Patriot League 2024 Women's Soccer Preseason Poll for the second year in a row. The Raiders were projected to earn 73 total points.
- Anderson was the lone Raider to be selected to the 2024 Preseason All-Patriot League Women's Soccer Team. Last season, the senior defender started all 20 games, playing over 1700 minutes. Anderson was named to the 2023 Second Team All-League last season, helping the Raiders' backline record six shutouts throughout last year's campaign.
- Last season, Vermont defeated Colgate 2-0 on the road, ending a 17-game losing streak dating back to 1995. Bossert and Lauren DeGroot each produced a goal while Sydney Remington and Kaley Kreutzer tallied an assist each.
- The Catamounts hold a 5-18-3 all-time record against Colgate, with the most recent victory coming last season.
