VERMONT OUTLOOK
- Vermont split its games at the Cancun Challenge. In the first game, it defeated Idaho State 64-44. However, it lost its second game to Rice 79-57.
- Bella Vito led the Catamounts in scoring against Idaho State with a career-high 15 points. Anna Olson led Vermont in scoring against Rice with 15 points.
- Vito led the Catamounts in rebounds against Idaho State with seven rebounds. Malia Lenz and Olson led Vermont on the boards against Rice with four each.
- Vito was named to the all-tournament team in Cancun after averaging 12 ppg, 4.5 rbg, 2.0 spg on 9-16 shooting from the field.
- The Catamounts have taken on the Bison twice before. They are 0-2 all-time against Bucknell and lost their most recent meeting in 2021, 68-53, with Delaney Richason scoring 18 points that day.
- This is Vermont's second contest against a Patriot League opponent this season. On Nov. 16, Vermont defeated Holy Cross 67-50.
- Olson is Vermont's leading scorer this season, averaging 14.7 points. Hanson and Vito are second and third, with 9.9 and 9.7 points, respectively.
- Olson currently sits second in the America East in field goal percentage at 57.6%, which is also good for 32nd in the country.
- Vito, Olson, and Lenz lead the Catamounts in rebounding, averaging 5.6, 5.4, and 4.6, respectively.
- Vermont is in the middle of a six-game, 21-day road trip that will see them travel over 9,600 miles in the 21 days. They are one of 25 teams in the NCAA this season to have a road trip of 20 days or more.

SCOUTING THE BISON
- Bucknell comes into Wednesday morning's contest with a 3-4 record and is currently riding a three-game win streak. During this run, the Bison have defeated Mount St. Mary's, Youngstown St., and Robert Morris.
- Ashley Sofilkanich leads Bucknell in scoring, averaging 18.9 points per game. Reese Zemitis and Tuana Coskun are second and third, respectively, at 8.2 and 7.9 points per game.
- Sofilkanich and Coskun are the Bison's best rebounders, averaging 9.1 and 6.0 rebounds per game, respectively. Anna Kunzwiler is third on the team in rebounds, pulling in 3.9 per game.
- Sofilkanich and Isabella King are the leading scorers to return for Bucknell from the 2023-24 season. Sofilkanich finished the season averaging 12.5 points per game, while King averaged 5.9.
- The duo of Sofilkanich and King are also the Bison's leading rebounders to return this season. They finished 2023-24, averaging 6.3 and 2.8 rebounds each.
