HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Catamounts opened on an 8-0 run with Catherine Gilwee hitting two threes and Nikola Priede scoring.
- The Big Green responded with a 10-5 run to trail by three heading into the first media timeout.
- Keira Hanson, Bella Vito, and Malia Lenz scored to help Vermont take a 16-12 first-quarter lead.
- The Catamounts opened the second quarter on a 10-0 run, with Olson, Hanson, and Priede all scoring. Vermont held Dartmouth without a point until four minutes left in the quarter, their only points in the second quarter.
- Olson, Gilwee, and Lenz scored on the other side of the Big Green bucket to close the half on a 9-0 run.
- The two teams traded buckets during the third quarter, with no team scoring more than two in a row.
- Vito led the Catamount's third quarter, scoring with six, while Olson had four and Hanson had the other.
