Vermont (3-4) will host Dartmouth (2-2) in their annual Military Appreciation Game presented by Milton CAT on Thursday (Nov. 30) Night. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. and will be broadcast live on ESPN+.
BROADCAST INFORMATION
The Catamounts matchup with the Big Green will broadcast live on
ESPN+ with Rob Ryan and Bernie Ciepilicki on the call. Fans can also listen to the game for free on the Vermont Sports Network, from Learfield on WVMT, which will air on 97.1 FM in Burlington, 105.9 FM in Plattsburgh, and 960 AM around the rest of the region. The radio broadcast is also available via the
Varsity Network App with Ryan Zimmerman on the call.

MILITARY APPRECIATION GAME pres. MILTON CAT
Thursday night's matchup with Dartmouth is the Catamounts annual Military Appreciation Game presented by Milton CAT. All active and retired military personnel will receive a complimentary ticket with a valid military ID. The first 100 fans to arrive will receive a co-branded Milton CAT hat.
MILITARY APPRECIATION NIGHT JERSEYS
The Catamounts will be wearing special edition jerseys for Military Appreciation Night, presented by Milton CAT. These game-worn jerseys will be
available for auction online, starting at tip-off Thursday night. Proceeds from the auction, which closes at 6 p.m. on Dec. 7, will benefit the
Josh Pallota Fund.
HOME SWEET HOME
Including the 2023 America East tournament the Catamounts have won 12 straight games at Patrick Gym dating back to last season. In those 12 games, Vermont is outscoring their opponents 61.3-50.9 and have held seven of them under 50 points. This season, UVM is 2-0 at Patrick Gym and are outscoring opponents 60.0-46.0. Vermont is also holding teams to just 30.5 percent shooting this season.
UTTERBACK IN THE GULF COAST SHOWCASE
Despite the Catamounts going 0-3 at the Gulf Coast Showcase they took then No. 18 North Carolina down to the wire in their first game where Utterback finished with a tied game-high of 18 points alongside a game-high five assists on 8-14 shooting. Utterback led the way for the Catamounts throughout the weekend averaging 16.0 points, 3.7 assists and 2.3 rebounds per game on a remarkable 57.9 percent shooting. Utterback shot over 50 percent in all three games in the tournament. In the final game of the tournament, Utterback moved into 10th place in Vermont program history for most points scored, with 1,379 in her career.
SCOUTING THE BIG GREEN
Dartmouth is averaging 52.3 points per game on 35.7 percent shooting from the field and 26.0 percent from deep. They are allowing 51.8 points per game on 33.7 percent shooting from the field and 33.3 percent from beyond the arc. The Big Green are outrebounding their opponents 41.5-37.3, while forcing 13.8 turnovers. Dartmouth is led by Page Victoria who is averaging 13.5 points alongside 4.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. Junior Doreen Ariik leads the Big Green with 10.5 boards to go along with 7.5 points and 2.0 blocks per game. Ariik recorded a double-double with a career-high 12 points, three blocks and 13 boards against New Hampshire on Nov. 26.
INSIDE THE SERIES
This will be the 39th matchup all-time between the Catamounts and the Big Green with Vermont boasting a 20-18 record. Vermont has won the last two meetings, including a season ago (Dec. 1, 2022) on a buzzer beating three pointer from
Catherine Gilwee. Both teams longest winning streak in the series is six games with UVM having won six straight from 2000-2009. Dartmouth's streak of six games began in 1986 and lasted until 1990. The last time these two teams met at Patrick Gym was on December 8, 2021, where the Catamounts came away with a 64-46 victory. Utterback (13), Olson (10) and
Delaney Richason (11) all scored in double figures for the Catamounts in that game. Olson also secured a game-high eight rebounds in that contest while Richason blocked a game-high two shots.
