JERSEY AUCTION
For Tuesday's matchup with AIC, the team wore special edition Military Appreciation jerseys that are being auctioned off online, at the tip-off of that game. POSTER DAY
This game is Poster Day game presented by the UVM Print and Mail Center. At the conclusion of the game, we will have tables and chairs set up for the student-athletes and coaching staff to sit and sign autographs. Staff will hand out the posters, get the sharpies ready, and get the fans in line for the signing.
VERMONT VERSUS THE CAA CONFERENCE
Vermont is 7-21 against teams from the Colonial Athletic Association Conference, with a 7-16 overall record against former America East rival Stony Brook. Vermont has also faced Northeastern, another former America East foe, three times with an 0-3 record. Vermont has also faced Drexel twice (0-2) having last played during the Mayer Head Women's Basketball Coach
Alisa Kresge's first season (2018-19). Drexel came away with the 60-44 victory at Patrick Gym.
INSIDE THE SERIES
This will be the 29th matchup all time between the Fightin' Blue Hens and the Catamounts. The last time the two teams faced was in Newark, Delaware on December 22, 2015. The Fightin' Blue Hens came away with the 71-60 victory on their home court. Vermont leads the all-time series 19-9 holding the two longest win streaks in the matchup. UVM won six consecutive matchups from 1992-1993. The Catamounts also won nine consecutive from 1994-1998.
SCOUTING DELAWARE
Delaware enters its Friday evening matchup against the Catamounts with a 2-1 record.

defensive side, the Fightin' Blue Hens are averaging 7.7 steals and 7.3 blocks per game. Last season, Delaware finished 24-8 last season and won the CAA before falling to Maryland in the first round of the NCAA tournament. Fightin' Blue Hens was selected sixth overall receiving 92 points in the CAA Preseason Poll behind first place (142 points) Drexel, Charleston (125), Stony Brook (108), Elon (103) and Towson (99) rounded out the top five. The Fightin' Blue Hens are led by Jewel Smalls who is averaging 13.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game. Second leading scorer Tara Cousins is averaging 9.7, 3.0 and 2.3 assists while Michelle Ojo is leading Delaware with 10.0 rebounds per game to go along with 9.3 points per contest.
