WOMEN'S BASKETBALL NOTEBOOK
The Catamounts (0-2) will host American International College (0-2) on Tuesday, November 15 for their home opener at Patrick Gym. The start time for that game is slated for 6 p.m. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN+ with the new voice for Catamounts' women's basketball, Ryan Zimmerman, calling the action live on WVMT (FM 96.3 / AM 620) on radio and the Varsity Network App which you can download

MILITARY APPRECIATION PRESENTED BY MILTON CAT
Tuesday's game is Military Appreciation Night presented by Milton Cat. We encourage fans to visit with our friends from
Josh Pallotta Fund, a local non-profit providing critical services to veterans and active military personnel. As a thank you to those that have served or are currently serving, all military personnel will receive a complimentary ticket to the game with a valid military ID.
The team will also be wearing special edition Military Appreciation jerseys that will be auctioned off online starting at tip-off. BATTLING AGAINST NE-10
The last time the Catamounts matched up with a Northeast 10 school in a regular season contest was when they defeated Saint Michael's 91-68 in 1991. Since then, the Catamounts have battled with the Purple Knights in exhibition play. Overall, Vermont holds a 12-9 record against NE-10 opponents, with 11 of those wins coming against Saint Michael's. Vermont has also picked up a win against New Haven and is a combined 0-6 against Southern Connecticut and Bentley. This will be the first ever matchup between AIC and UVM.

Alisa Kresge, the Catamounts are 3-1 having won last season 87-57 over Merrimack. Emma Utterback led Vermont with 16 points and seven assists in that game, Anna Olson had 12 points, nine boards and two blocks and Delaney Richason chipped in 14 points and six boards. In the three victories Vermont has outscored their opponents by 13.3 points per game. Utterback is averaging 12 points, 3.3 boards and 3.3 assists in her three career home-openers. Richason is averaging nine points, 3.6 boards, 1.3 blocks per home opener. In her two career home-openers Olson has contributed 10 points, six boards and one block per contest.

This will be the Catamounts first ever matchup with Northeast 10 division II opponent American International College.
SCOUTING THE YELLOW JACKETS
AIC comes into Tuesday's matchup 0-2 on the season having fallen to St. Thomas Aquinas in their last game on Saturday, November 12. The Yellow Jackets are averaging 58.5 points on 33.8 percent shooting from the field per contest. AIC is led by graduate student Taylor Tomlinson who is averaging 14.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game from her forward position. Fellow forward junior Nora Young is contributing a double-double per contest for the Yellow Jackets averaging 11.0 points on 60 percent shooting from the field to go along with 10.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks. Senior guard Kayla Robinson is averaging 9.0 points and 1.5 assists per contest on 66.7 percent shooting from the field.
WHO'S NEXT
Following the Catamounts home opener against AIC they will host Delaware at Patrick Gym on Friday, November 18 at 6 p.m. The game against Delaware will serve as Vermont's postgame poster day. UVM women's basketball players will have a table set up where they will be autographing team posters. Redstone swag toss will also take place on Friday, November 18.
