Vermont (11-15, 7-7) hosts Binghamton (11-15, 6-7) in their final regular season home game of the 2018-19 campaign. Saturday is Senior Day presented by the UVM Alumni Association.

FIRST YEAR SUCCESS WITH COACH KRESGE
The Catamounts are in the midst of their first 11-win season & first with seven conference wins since the 09-10 campaign. With 11 wins Coach Kresge is enjoying the best debut season for a new head coach at UVM since Sharon Dawley won 14 in 2003-04.

CRYMBLE LEADING THE WAY
Junior forward
Hanna Crymble leads the Catamounts in scoring with 14.3 PPG. She is fourth in America East in scoring. She has been Vermont's leading scorer in 16 of the Catamounts 26 games. She is shooting 48.9% from the field this season which is the best mark in America East. She is also shooting 88.6% from the free throw line, which is the best mark in the league. Her percentage from the charity stripe is the 15th best mark in Division I.

WRIGHT BLOCK PARTY
Candice Wright is Vermont's all-time block leader with 216 career blocks. She has 75 blocks this season which is third most in the NCAA. She is averaging 2.88 blocks per game, twice this season she has had eight blocks in a single game. By herself this season Candice has more blocks than four America East teams. With 216 career blocks Wright is fifth all-time in America East history. She needs two more blocks to tie Binghamton's Laura Franceski (2005-09) in fourth place.

FIGHTING FOR HOME COURT IN THE QUARTERFINALS
The Catamounts enter Saturday's action in fifth place in America East at 7-7 two games behind UAlbany for fourth place. Binghamton is a half-game behind the Catamounts at 6-7. The top-four teams at the end of the regular season will host the America East Quarterfinals on Wednesday, March 6. Vermont needs to win both of their remaining regular season games in order to have a chance at hosting a quarterfinal.

SCOUTING BINGHAMTON
Junior guard Kai Moon scored 19 points Wednesday night as the Bearcats defeated UMass Lowell 58-53 to win their second league game in a row for the first time this season. Moon is averaging 13.0 points per game in America East play this season, she scored a game-high 25 points against the Catamounts on January 19.

Rebounding will be a key to Saturday's matchup, the Bearcats are second in the conference averaging 37.6 rebounds per game. Senior forward Rebecca Carmody leads the league with 7.8 rebounds per game. She is ranked in the league top-10 in scoring, rebounds, assists and steals. Carmody needs seven points Saturday to move into 15th place all-time at Binghamton in scoring.

In the first matchup between these teams this season Vermont controlled the glass. They outrebounded Binghamton 45-38 and scored 15 second chance points.

SERIES HISTORY
Vermont leads the all-time series 22-15 against the Bearcats, including a 58-57 overtime win on January 19. Binghamton has won the last three matchups in Burlington.
