nd. At the Dartmouth December Invite, she ran the mile, placing 3
rd, and the 4x400 placing 2
nd.
JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2024): Opened her season with a victory and third place finish in the 1500 and 4x400 at the Jim Boulanger Invitational (Apr. 7) … Came in fourth and sixth in the 1500 and 4x400 relay at the UMass Commonwealth Invitational (Apr. 13) … Finished ninth in the 800 at the George Davis Invitational (Apr. 20) … Logged fourth and sixth in the 4x400 relay and 1500 at the UNH Pre-Conference Invitational (Apr. 27) … Earned fourth and seventh in the 4x800 relay and 1500 at the America East Championships (May 4-5).
JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2024): Did not compete in the indoor season.
SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2023): Opened the season in the 1500m and 4x400m at the Black & Gold Invite (Mar. 31-Apr. 1) ... Was fifth in the 1500m at the UVM Quad Meet (Apr. 8) ... Placed 13th in the 1500m at the Rutgers Relays (Apr. 22) ... Logged a personal-best 800m time of 2:21.77 and ran on the winning 4x400m relay team at the UMass Commonwealth Invite (Apr. 29) ... Competed in the 1500m and 4x800m at the America East Championships (May 6 & 7).
SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2023): Did not compete.
FIRST YEAR OUTDOOR SEASON (2022): Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 1500m at the UMass Lowell Invite (Mar. 26) ... Won the 800m at the UNH Outdoor Opener (Apr. 2) ... Finished 35th in the 1500m at the Mason Spring Invite (Apr. 9) ... Finished 18th in the 800m with a personal-best time of 2:24.84 at the UMass Outdoor Invite II (Apr. 30) ... Placed 11th in the 1500m at the America East Championships (May 7 & 8) ... Recorded a personal-best 1500m mark of 4:49.83 for 15th at the New England Championships (May 13 & 14).
FIRST YEAR INDOOR SEASON (2022): Made her debut at the Dartmouth Indoor Opener, where she posted a second-place finish in the 1000m (Dec. 11) ... Competed in the 1000m and 4x800m at the New England Championships (Feb. 4 & 5) ... Won the mile at the UVM-UNH Dual Meet (Feb. 13) ... Placed ninth in the 1000m at the America East Championships with a personal-best mark of 3:02.21 (Feb. 25 & 26).
BEFORE VERMONT: From Charlotte, Vt… Competed in cross country, track and Nordic skiing… Cross Country captain in 2019.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Julie and Todd Holmes… Has two siblings, Sam and Story… Majoring in Sustainability, Ecology and Policy and minoring in Studio Art… Chose UVM to study the environment, race, and enjoy all four seasons of Vermont… Lists Jessie Diggins as favorite athlete.
