SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2024): Opened the indoor season with a ninth place finish in the 3000 at the Dartmouth December Invite (Dec. 9) … Placed second in the 3000 at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 20) … Came in 15^th in the 5000 at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 26) … Recorded a 25^th place finish in the 3000 at the Scarlet Knight Open (Feb. 3) …. Claimed fourth in the mile at the Middlebury Field and Track Meet (Feb. 10) … Logged a 14^th place finish in the America East Championships (Feb. 20) 

FIRST-YEAR OUTDOOR SEASON (2023): Opened the season in the 5000m at the UMass Lowell Invite (Mar. 24) ... Finished second in the 5000m at the UVM Quad Meet (Apr. 8) ... Placed sixth in the 5000m at the George Davis Invite (Apr. 22).

FIRST-YEAR INDOOR SEASON (2022): Raced to a fifth-place finish in the 3000m in the season-opening meet at UNH (Dec. 4) ... Won the 3000m at the Dartmouth Quad Indoor meet with a time of 10:58.25 (Dec. 10) ... Ran a personal-best 3000m time of 10:47.82 to place third a the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 21) ... Logged a 3000m time of 10:49.31 at the New England Championships (Feb. 2 & 3) ... Was 16th in the 5000m at the America East Championships with a personal-best time of 18:27.15 (Feb. 18 & 19).
