AS A SENIOR (2012): Appeared in all 19 games and started six… Scored a goal in the game at UConn … Scored the game winning penalty kick versus Albany to advance Vermont to the conference semifinals.
AS A JUNIOR (2011): Saw action in all 19 games ... Started the final 13 matches of the season ... Scored three goals on the season and UVM was 2-1 in those matches she scored.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010): Came off the bench in all 18 games ... Ranked fourth on the team in scoring with three points on one goal and one assist ... Scored against LaSalle in the TD Bank Classic.

BEFORE VERMONT: Eckenstein (pronounced eck-in-stine), one of two recruits from nearby South Burlington, Vt., finished her high school career with 82 points on 32 goals and 18 assists as a forward/midfielder for the Rebels ... She was named the team offensive MVP all four years and was a four-time Vermont Soccer Coaches Association First Team All-State selection ... She also earned All-New England honors as a senior ... Also participated in track and field and tennis during her high school career.
