SENIOR SEASON (2025): Played in eight games and started in six of them before going down with a season-ending injury… Tied a career-high six points (two goals and four assists) against Le Moyne (Feb. 14)… Had a season-high three ground balls against Sienna (March 5)… Recorded three goals, 11 assists, seven ground balls, and one caused turnover on the year… Ends her Catamount career with 24 goals, 58 assists, 30 ground balls, 14 caused turnovers, and two draw controls.

JUNIOR SEASON (2024): Played in all 16 games… Had a goal and a ground ball in the season opener against Coastal Carolina (Feb. 9)… Had two assists against Fairfield (March 6)… Had one goal and two assists against Bryant (Apr. 6)… Tallied one goal and two assist against Le Moyne (Apr. 17)… Had a season-high four points (1 goal, 3 assists) in a home victory against Rutgers (Apr. 21)… Ends the season with six goals, 12 assists, nine ground balls, and three caused turnovers.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2023): Earned starts in all 16 games ... Led UVM with 24 assists and ranked No. 2 in points (34) ... Was No. 6 in America East in assists per game (1.50) ... Recorded three points or more in six games ... Opened the season with one goal and two assists at Temple (Feb. 10) ... Registered a career-high six points, four assists in a win over Fairleigh Dickinson (Feb. 26) ... Tallied four points at Harvard (Mar. 7) ... Had one goal and two assists in a conference-opening win against Bryant (Mar. 18) ... Tallied three points in the America East Semifinals vs. No. 2 Binghamton (May 5).

FIRST YEAR SEASON (2022): Saw action in 15 games, with five starts ... Posted 16 points on 11 goals and five assists ... Made her collegiate debut against Colgate and recorded her first career point with an assist (Feb. 12) ... Netted her first career goal in a three-point outing at Boston University (Feb. 16) ... Added two goals and one assist on the road at UMass (Feb. 23) ... Recorded an assist in her Virtue Field debut against Wagner (Feb. 27 ) ... Scored in a road victory at Manhattan (Mar. 14) ... Tallied a season-high four assists in a home win over Manhattan (Mar. 14).

BEFORE VERMONT: Helped lead Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child to four New Jersey Sectional Championships and state titles in 2019 and 2021 ... Registered 30 points on attack in her senior season ... Also swam in high school.

PERSONAL: Daughter of John and Aileen Adelhelm ... John played tennis at Gettysburg College, Aileen competed in fencing at UNC Chapel Hill ... Has three siblings: Sean, Robert, and Elizabeth ... Sean and Robert played lacrosse for the University of Scranton ... Chose UVM because it is the, "perfect place to thrive both academically and athletically."
