Caroline Weaver joined UVM Athletics in the Fall of 2016 as an Assistant Academic Coordinator. She provides academic support to athletic programs including women’s swimming and diving, women's ice hockey, field hockey, women's lacrosse, and men's and women’s track & field and cross country.
Before coming to UVM, Weaver worked as a health care consultant at Athenahealth and an Admissions Officer and Residential Advisor at Harvard University.
Weaver earned a bachelor's degree in Human Evolutionary Biology and a citation in Spanish from Harvard in 2013. As an undergraduate at Harvard, Weaver was a four-year varsity swimmer for the Crimson and was a three time CSCAA Academic All-American.
Weaver has two sisters, Kate and Christa Weaver, who both swam collegiately at Vermont. Christa is completing a nursing degree at UVM, while Kate is pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Temple University.
A native of South Burlington, Vermont, Weaver currently resides in Burlington and is an avid swimmer, marathoner, and cyclist.
