CAREER HONORS:
EISA Women's Alpine Rookie of the Year (2026)

FIRST YEAR SEASON (2026): Stiel competed in five of the six EISA carnivals throughout her debut season with the Catamounts ... She had a career best third place finish in the slalom at the Dartmouth carnival, her first career EISA podium placement ... She also competed in the 2026 NCAA Championships and placed 28th in the slalom ... Stiel was named the women's EISA Alpine Rookie of the Year ... At the St. Lawrence Carnival, Stiel placed fourth on day one racing the GS and sixth on day two racing the slalom ... Before her season best third place finish during day two of the Dartmouth Carnival, Stiel secured a 13th place finish on day one racing the GS ... Stiel raced to ninth place in the GS on day one of the Williams Carnival. 

BEFORE VERMONT: Graduated high school from Burke Mountain Academy. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Phil and Erin Stiel ... Has one sibling, Margaret ... Majoring in Business Administration ... Chose UVM because she loves Vermont and the school offers a great balance of academics and athletics.
