GRAD STUDENT SEASON (2025): Clement had a phenomenal season, competing in all six EISA Carnivals for Vermont, including being named to the 2025 UVM Ski Roster for the NCAA Championships, earning five separate podium appearances. She won the Bates Carnival Slalom outright and also won the EISA Championship Giant Slalom race outright. Clement earned silver during the NCAA Championships, placing second overall racing the Slalom, earning First Team All-American Honors. Clement notched third place in both the EISA Championship Slalom and the St. Lawrence Carnival Slalom. In every race she finished, Clement only finished outside the top eight once, earning 10 separate top eight finishes. Clement concluded the season placing 14th overall in the NCAA Championships racing in the Giant Slalom. 

SENIOR SEASON (2024): Clement posted a career year her senior year, competing in all five carnivals and two NCAA Qualifiers … Out of her 12 races, she finished 11 of them, placing top 5 in 10 separate races … Clement earned seven separate podiums finishes, notching a podium finish in every carnival she competed in … Clement finished in first place during day 2 of the Harvard Carnival from Burke Mountain in the slalom … Clement finished in second place on six different races throughout her senior season.
 
JUNIOR SEASON (2023): Clement competed in all six carnivals her junior year … She earned a career high five podium finishes … Out of the 12 races she took part in, she finished seven of those races, earning six top 10 finishes including five podium positions as mentioned above … She came in first place during the EISA giant slalom makeup from Whiteface Mountain, and finished in first place again two days later during day 2 of the St. Lawrence Carnival/NCAA East Regional in the slalom … Clement tallied a second-place finish during day 1 of the St. Lawrence Carnival/NCAA East Regional in the giant slalom … She earned a second-place finish during day 3 of the Bates Carnival in the slalom and finished third during day 2 of the Harvard Carnival in the slalom.
 
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2022): Clement appeared in five carnivals throughout her sophomore season … She earned four top 10 finishes including two podium finishes … She placed eighth during day 1 of the Dartmouth Carnival in the slalom and placed sixth the next day in another slalom race for back-to-back top 10 positions … She notched a podium finish during day 2 of the Saint Michel’s Carnival, placing third in the slalom race … Her season best finish came during day 2 of the Middlebury Carnival, when she finished second in the giant slalom.
 
FIRST YEAR (2021): Clement participated in three carnivals her first year at UVM, seeing six races throughout the year … Clement finished five of the six races, with her lowest position being a 7th place finish during the EISA 5k Skate on Burke Mountain … She finished in fourth place during the EISA Women’s Slalom from Proctor Ski Area … Clement earned three separate podiums finishes, placing third in the first race of the EISA 5k Skate, and coming in first place two separate times, once during the EISA Women’s giant slalom and once during the EISA Women’s slalom.
