BEFORE VERMONT: A 2025 Graduate of Highland Park Senior High ... Koch competed in the Midwest, participating in Nordic Skiing (2019-2025), Cross Country Running (2019-2024), and Ultimate Frisbee (2021-2025) ... Koch was a Cutter while playing Ultimate Frisbee ... Koch captured a Nordic Skiing State Championship in 2022 and was named MVP 2023-2025 while captaining her squad in 2024 and 2025 ... Koch also captained her Cross Country Running team in 2023 and 2024, winning the State Championship in 2022 and 2024 ... Koch was named a 7x Nordic Skiing Junior National All-American from 2022-2025 and was a Junior National Champion in 2025 ... Koch was also apart of the National Honor Society and earned an IB Diploma. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Kurt and Tarah Koch ... Has an older sister, Chloe, who also competes in Nordic Skiing at Williams College ... Koch is majoring in Exercise Science ...
