FIRST YEAR SEASON (2025): Bailey competed in two of the six EISA Carnivals, participating in the Bates Carnival and the St. Lawrence Carnival. Bailey earned a podium appearance in his first ever collegiate carnival, placing second in the Bates Carnival Freestyle Sprints. Bailey also secured a top 20 finish during the Bates Carnival 9.1k Freestyle Individual start, placing 18th overall. 

BEFORE VERMONT: He was a four-time Individual Junior National Champion … Was a two-time Relay Junior National Champion … He qualified twice for the U18 nations cup ... Made the US Ski Development Team qualifier in 2024.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Jack and Marybeth Bailey … Has a younger brother, Shane … Currently undecided for his major … He chose UVM for their recent success and the proximity to her home just 2 and a half hours away … Fin’s biggest influence is his dad, Jack, who is an alpine coach.
