University of Vermont Athletics

Will Conroy joined the UVM Athletic Department in the summer of 2019 as an Assistant Director of Academic Services. He works with the Student Athlete Development team to provide academic support to athletic programs.
 
Before UVM, Conroy was the Program Manager at Social Grace, LLC in Washington, D.C. and worked as a researcher at the Empire Justice Center, a law firm in Rochester, New York.
 
Conroy earned his bachelor’s degree in History and English at the University of Rochester where he played baseball. He later received his master’s degree in education from The Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education with a focus in educational policy and student development.  
 
Conroy is a native of Shelburne, Vermont, attended Rice Memorial High School in South Burlington, and is a lifelong fan of UVM Athletics. He now lives in Burlington.
