PERSONAL: Son of John and Kathleen Coughlin … Has two siblings, Jack and Kaitlyn … His father played football at Columbia, brother Jack played football and lacrosse at Navy, his uncle played football at Stanford and appears on ESPN’s College Gameday and SportsCenter with Scott Van Pelt as “Stanford Steve” … Chose UVM for the Grossman School of Business, beautiful campus, coaching staff, and the teams reputation for building tight-knit teams … Puts his brother as his biggest influence as an athlete because he set the standard in regards to work ethic, toughness, and humility … Puts Avengers Infinity War as his favorite movie and SportsCenter as his favorite TV show … Is undecided in his major.
