BEFORE VERMONT: Attended Hauppauge High School … played both soccer and lacrosse throughout his time there … on the soccer field he played left defense and was awarded All League in 2024 … in lacrosse, he had a standout 2024-25 season setting a school record with 67 goals in a single season, adding 21 assists … in 2024 he was named All County Honorable Mention … in 2025 he earned MVP and All County.
PERSONAL: Son of Scott Kump and Elizabeth Etzo … has a little brother, Andrew, who plays soccer … chose UVM because the coaching staff was good to him and likes the feel of Burlington … biggest influence as an athlete has been LeBron James … favorite movie is Wedding Crashers … favorite sports team is the New York Islanders … and favorite athlete to watch has been Anthony Edwards.
