BEFORE VERMONT: Graduated from Summit High School … was a three-sport athlete who competed in lacrosse, basketball, and football … played Short Stick Defense … caused 41 turnovers, collected 61 ground balls, and totaled 21 points in his high school lacrosse career … won the NJSIAA North Jersey Group 2 Sectional Championship in 2022, the Union County Tournament, and the NJSIAA Group 2 State Championships in 2023 and 2024 … captured the NJSIAA State Championship in 2024 with a 7-6 win over Manasquan …  in 2025 and 2026, helped his team capture back-to-back NJSIAA Group 3 State Championships, a North Jersey Group 3 title in 2025 … and the Union County Tournament Championship in 2026 … his team finished No. 1 in the USA Lacrosse Magazine Public High School Top 25 and No. 19 nationally according to Inside Lacrosse … received Honorable Mention to the Union County Conference (UCC) in his junior year, and Honorable Mention to the New Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse League All-Fitch/Pitt team … in his senior year he was awarded First Team UCC, Second  Team All-Fitch/Pitt, All-State Honorable Mention, and the Anthony Godino Summit Men’s Alumni Lacrosse Association Award.

PERSONAL: Son of Monica Trim and Brad Zulauf … has one sibling, Jason Zulauf … chose UVM because of the great coaching staff and community, in addition to the incredible campus … biggest influence as an athlete is his grandparents … chose No. 23 because of Michael Jordan … favorite movie is The Fugitive … favorite TV show is King of Queens … and favorite sports team is Notre Dame.
