FIRST YEAR SEASON (2023-24):
* Skated in 11 games during his 1st collegiate season
* Made his collegiate debut December 9th in a 4-1 win over Union.
* Scored 1st college goal Feburary 23rd at Boston College

BEFORE VERMONT:
* Played the last two seasons with the Wenatchee Wild in the BCHL
* In 2022-23 campaign, he had 2 goals and 26 assists for 28 points in 45 games 
* In 2021-22 season, he had four goals and 21 assists for 25 points in 44 games

PERSONAL:
* Son of Tony and Krista Gasparini ... Has two younger siblings Gianna and Sergio
* Wears #10 like his uncle Joey Gasparini, a UVM forward from 2001-06, who served as alternate captain at UVM in 2005-06 and following his playing career was an assistant coach at UVM from 2009-12
* Grandfather John "Gino" Gasparini, coached at North Dakota and brought three national championships to Grand Forks in 16 seasons at the helm (Father Tony played at Minnesota Duluth 94-99 and spent 19 years as an amateur scout for the Los Angeles Kings (2005-22)
* Mario has eaten ice cream out of the Stanley Cup and lists Game of Thrones as his favorite TV show and Pulp Fiction as his favorite movie.
