FIRST YEAR SEASON (2022): Opened the season with a time of 27:58.0 for 40th at the Vermont Invitational (Sep. 3) ... Competed at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown with a time of 28:06.3 (Sep. 23) ... Logged a season-best 8k time of 26:21.9 at the Lehigh Paul Short Invite Individual 8k (Oct. 1) ... Finished 32nd at the Fall Foliage Invitational with a time of 27:49.2 (Oct. 16) ... Recorded a 10k time of 34:14.3 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships (Nov. 11).

BEFORE VERMONT: Competed in cross country, track & field, and nordic skiing at Keene High School ... Captained the cross country, track & field, and nordic skiing teams ...
