SENIOR SEASON (2023): Started in all of his 17 games played this season … Named to the America East All-Conference First Team and United Soccer Coaches All-Northeast First Team … Played 90 minutes or more in 13 games on a back line that recorded the 17th most shutouts in the country … Scored two goals … Helped hold Western Michigan and the nation’s leading scorer Charlie Sharp to without a goal on opening night (Aug. 24) … Played all 90 minutes in UVM’s shutout victory over eventual conference champ Bryant (Sep. 23) … Scored his first goal of the season in a 5-0 win over Binghamton (Oct. 14) … Netted the game-winning goal against UAlbany (Oct. 27) to clinch a playoff berth … Played every minute in the three NCAA Tournament games, including 110 minutes in the thrilling double overtime victory at No. 5 UCF (Nov. 19) … Cats were 11-4-2 with Barrett in the lineup.
