SENIOR SEASON (2022-23):

• She placed seventh in the 50 Back (28.66) and in the 100 Back (1:00.42), and 10th in the 100 IM (1:03.22) against Northeastern (Sept. 24).
• Against Rhode Island (Jan. 21) she placed second in the 200 back with a time of 2:11.40.
• At the 2023 America East Championship she placed sixth in the 100 backstroke setting the 10th fastest pace in program history with a time of 56.99 and placed seventh with a time of 2:03.37 in the 200 back which is the sixth best in program history.

JUNIOR SEASON (2021-22): Her best time on the season in the 50 free came in a time of 26.47 at the URI meet (1/22/2022) … Her season-best 5o back was a time of 28.72 coming in the meet against Siena (1/16/2022) … At the America East Championship (2/10/2022) she came in ninth place in the 100 back finishing in a time of 57.47 … She also placed fourth in the 200 backstroke finishing in a time of 2:02.75 at the America East Championship.
 
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2020-21): Her season-best time in the 50 back was 28.48 against URI on Mar. 20 … In the 200 free her season-best finish was a time of 2:01.38 on Mar. 14 against UNH … At the 2021 America East Championships, she had a stellar performance finishing in the top 10 in the 100 backstroke, 200 backstroke, and 200 IM … She finished fifth with a time of 57.94 in the 100 back and fifth with a time 2:04.42 in the 200 back … She finished ninth in the 200 IM with a time of 2:10.51.

FIRST YEAR SEASON (2019-20): Placed fifth in the 200 back (2:03.09) and eighth in the 100 back (57.68) at the 2020 America East Championship … Finished seventh on the 200 back (2:04.05) at the 2020 ECAC Championship … Won the 200 back (2:08.14), finished fourth in the 1,000 free (11:01.88), and finished eighth in the 200 IM (2:17.77) against Rhode Island (Jan. 18) … Finished second in the 200 back (2:10.05) and third in the 1,000 free (11:01.17) against Binghamton (Jan. 12) … Won the 200 back (2:08.97), finished fourth in the 1,000 free (11:01.77), and finished fifth in the 500 free (5:34.44) against Siena (Jan. 11) … Finished second in the 200 back (2:06.39), 11th in the 100 back (59.36), and 17th in the 200 IM (2:10.61) at the 2019 Harold Anderson Invitational … Finished second in both the 100 back (1:00.64) and 200 back (2:09.26) and took third in the 200 IM (2:14.27) against Bryant (Nov. 16) … Finished second in the 200 back (2:10.56) and fourth in the 100 back (1:00.82) against Stony Brook (Nov. 9) … Won the 100 back (59.99) and 200 back (2:08.88) against Maine (Nov. 2) … Finished second in the 100 back (1:00.07) and third in the 200 back (2:09.75) against New Hampshire (Oct. 20) … Won the 200 back (2:08.96) and finished second in the 100 back (1:00.47) against UMass (Oct. 19).

BEFORE VERMONT: Captained the swim team at Hopkins School and helped the team to the 2019 FAA Championship … Awarded the 2019 Bud Erich Award.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Marty Hartog and Terri Bennett of Hamden, Connecticut … One brother, Will, attends Harvard University … Chose UVM for the homelike feeling on campus and atmosphere in athletics … Lists Parks and Recreation as her favorite TV show … Plans to major in Exercise Science.
