SENIOR SEASON (2022-23):
- At the Harold Anderson Invitational she helped the Catamounts clinch their first Harold Anderson victory in program history placing sixth in the 200 IM with a time of 2:09.23, 13th in the 100 free in a time of 53.66 … She also served as the anchor in the 400 free relay which took home first in a time of 3:29.23.
- At the America East Championship, she placed 14th in the 200 IM finishing in a time of 2:07.92, 15th in the 200 free in a time of 1:54.17 and 15th in the 100 free finishing in a time of 52.79 … She was also an integral part to Vermont’s relay teams at the America East Championship helping clinch fourth in the 400 free relay in a time of 3:26.91 and also served as the anchor in the 200 free relay that took home fourth in a time of 1:35.02.
- Named the 2023 Les Legget Award winner, presented to a member of the UVM Swimming and Diving Team who displays leadership, loyalty, humility and sportsmanship.
- She served as a co-captain for the second consecutive season.
JUNIOR SEASON (2021-22): She competed in the 2021 CSCAA Open Water Championship in Lawrence, Kansas where she swam a 5K and placed 40th with a time of 1:09:24.50 … At the Harold Anderson Invitational she swam a 52.82 in the 100 freestyle where she placed fourth overall … She competed in the 200 freestyle placing fourth in a time of a 1:53.13 and swam a 2:07.98 in the 200IM where she finished first overall … At the America East Championship, she placed 13th in the 100 freestyle with a time of 52.72, eighth in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:53.24, and fifth in the 200IM with a time of 2:05.85 … She was also a part of the three winning relays at the America East Championship, the 200 freestyle relay, 400 freestyle relay, and 800 freestyle relay that set a long-standing school record … Because of her performances she was named to the America East All-Conference team … At the ECAC Championship she swam a 52.90 in the 100 free placing 20th, a 1:53.75 in the 200 free placing 18th, and a 2:07.81 in the 200IM placing 19th … During the 2021-22 season she also served as Co-Captain of the team … She also was the UVM athletic department rally award winner of the Jeff Stone memorial award.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2020-21): She was named to America East All-Conference team in the 200IM … At the America East Championship, she swam her second best time in the 100 freestyle coming in with a finishing time of 52.24 placing 8th … She swam her fastest time in the 200 freestyle finishing in a time of 1:52.02 where she placed fifth … She recorded her personal best in the 200 IM finishing in a time of 2:05.15 at the America East Championship, which was good for third place … She was also a part of the 200 freestyle relay, 400 freestyle relay, and 800 freestyle relay teams.
FIRST YEAR SEASON (2019-20): Placed fourth in the 200 free (1:52.54), sixth in the 200 IM (2.05.59), and seventh in the 100 free (52.23) at the 2020 America East Championship … Took 12th in the 200 free (1:53.16) and 16th in the 200 IM (2:08.17) at the 2020 ECAC Championship … Finished fourth in the 200 IM (2:14.79) and fifth in the 200 free (1:59.28) against Rhode Island (Jan. 18) ... Won the 200 IM (2:13.41) and claimed third in both the 100 free (54.54) and 200 free (1:58.78) against Binghamton (Jan. 12) ... Took second in both the 100 free (54.80) and 200 free (2:00.31) against Siena ... Finished fourth in the 200 IM (2:09.48), fifth in the 100 free (52.88), and 10th in the 200 free (1:55.94) at the 2019 Harold Anderson Invitational ... Finished third in the 100 free (54.45) and fourth in both the 50 free (25.21) and 200 free (1:57.82) against Bryant (Nov. 16) ... Finished second in the 100 free (54.17) and fourth in the 200 free (2:00.23) against Stony Brook (Nov. 9) ... Finished second in both the 100 free (54.46) and 200 free (1:58.68) and third in the 200 IM (2:14.97) against Maine (Nov. 2) ... Claimed second in the 100 free (54.85) and fourth in the 200 free (2:00.02) against New Hampshire ... Finished third in the 100 free (54.36), 200 free (1:59.86), and the 200 IM (2:13.19) against UMass (Oct. 19).
BEFORE VERMONT: Comes to Burlington from Wallenpaupack Area High School and Greentown, Pennsylvania ... Captained the field hockey and swim teams as a senior ... Named 2019 Scranton Times-Tribune Female Swimmer of the Year and named the team’s Most Outstanding Swimmer ... Holds school record in the 100 free, 200 free, 500 free, 200 IM, 200 free relay, 400 free relay, and 200 medley relay ... Class president all four years at Wallenpaupack.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Brian and Stephanie Campbell ... Father played baseball and soccer at King’s College ... Younger sister, Kara, swims at Wallenpaupack ... Chose UVM for the academic, athletics, and community in Burlington ... Plans on majoring in Health and Society with a minor in Anthropology and Biology.
