Vermont (8-7) traded leads with Princeton (4-11) on Tuesday at Jadwin Gymnasium, but Princeton secured a 75-69 overtime win. TJ Long led the way for the Catamounts, dropping a game-high 30 points.

HOW IT HAPPENED

TJ Long hit two threes from the right wing and corner, helping Vermont take an 11-10 lead at the first media timeout, as both teams traded early baskets.
Sean Blake would score three straight baskets, including an and-one layup, as Vermont trailed 18-17 with 11:30 remaining.
After both teams went back and forth, a TJ Long three would give the Catamounts a 23-20 lead with 7:58 remaining.
Princeton started to storm back as they would go on an 11-2 run in the next five minutes of play. With three minutes remaining, Vermont trailed 31-25.
At halftime, Vermont trailed 36-32. TJ Long led with 14 points.
Princeton started the second half on an 11-4 run, extending their lead to 47-36 with 15:29 remaining.
A TJ Hurley three-pointer reduced Princeton's lead to 55-48 with ten minutes left in regulation.
Princeton and Vermont would then exchange buckets, and Vermont still trailed 60-54 with four minutes remaining of play.
TJ Long would knock down a layup with 30 seconds left to tie the game at 63. Princeton failed to score on the other end, and the game would go into overtime.
Princeton would take control in overtime, outscoring Vermont 12 to 6.

Gus Yalden (14) and TJ Hurley (10) were the only other Catamounts in double figures.
Yalden recorded a team-high four assists.
Vermont outrebounded Princeton 37 to 33.
