BURLINGTON, Vt. – Vermont (8-4-3, 3-3-0 AE) will host Binghamton (5-5-3, 2-2-1 AE) on Sunday afternoon in a crucial America East matchup at Virtue Field for their annual Senior Day presented by UVM Health Advantage. Kickoff is scheduled for 12 p.m. and the game will be broadcast live on ESPN+ with Brian McLaughlin on the call.

SENIOR DAY pres. UVM HEALTH ADVANTAGE
Sunday afternoon's contest will be senior day for five Catamounts.

Kate Bossert,
Maddy Cronin,
Torie Snyder, and
Tessa Weiss are the five seniors who will be graduating in May 2025. Following the conclusion of the game, there will be a ceremony presented by UVM Alumni Association at midfield for the five graduating seniors.
VERMONT OUTLOOK
- Vermont has scored first in 11 of their 15 matches this season, scoring 19 goals in the first half and 10 goals in the second half. UVM holds an 8-1-2 season record when notching the first goal of the match. The Catamounts' 29 goals this season ranks first in the America East and 57th across the entire NCAA.
- UVM's offense continues to be one of the best in the nation, ranking top two in the America East in numerous categories, along with being top 100 in the country in multiple categories. The Catamounts are second in the America East in points per game, 77th in the country (5.27 per game), first in scoring offense, 62nd in the country (1.93 per game), first in total goals, 57th in the country (29 total goals), first in total points, 74th in the country (79 total points), second in total assists (21), and second in shots per game, 65th in the country (15.33).
- Vermont is the only America East school to have five players ranked in the top 11 for assists. Emma Warren has three assists (ranked 11th). Brody has three assists (ranked 10th), Sydney Remington has three assists (ranked 9th), Bossert has three assists (ranked 8th) and Ayer has earned four assists (ranked 7th) so far this season.
- Vermont has two of the top three goal scorers in the entire conference. Ayer ranks first in the America East, 12th in the country for both total goals and total points, scoring 11 goals and earning four assists for 26 total points. Bossert is third in the America East in goals, scoring six on the season to this point. Bossert also ranks fourth in total points, having earned 15 points so far this season.
- Bossert sits at ninth in the conference in shots, dialing up 34 so far this season.
- The Catamounts enter Sunday's match after a 3-0 shutout win over UAlbany. Kylee Carafoli recorded her first shutout of the season while Ayer notched two goals, Brody secured one goal, and Remington earned two assists. It was Ayer's second time this season and in her career recording a multi-goal match and Remington's first career multi-assist performance.
- Ayer is also tied for second in the conference for shots and shots on goal, earning 47 shots and pinning 22 of them on net.
- Brody ranks eighth in the America East in total shots taken (37), and seventh in the America East in shots on goal (17).
- Remington ranks 16th in the conference in total shots with 27 while rounding out the top 20 in the shots on goal department earning 11 on the season thus far.
SCOUTING THE BEARCATS
- Binghamton comes to Vermont with a three-match unbeaten streak, most recently earning a 1-1 draw with NJIT on home turf. Prior to the match with NJIT, the Bearcats secured a 2-1 win over Bryant at home and a 4-3 win over UMBC on the road.
- Throughout Binghamton's five conference games this season, the Bearcats hold a 2-2-1 conference record, staying consistent by scoring eight goals while still allowing eight goals.
- The Bearcats' three-match unbeaten streak is the longest unbeaten streak of their season thus far.
- Binghamton is 3-3-1 this season when facing opponents on the road.
- The Bearcats are anchored by senior forward Hannah Mimas, who has tallied 17 points on six goals and five assists this season.
- Vermont is 10-13-0 all-time vs Binghamton with the most recent win coming from the 2018 season when the Catamounts defeated the Bearcats 1-0 from Virtue Field.
- Binghamton has beaten Vermont in the team's last five meetings, most recently winning 2-0 last season in Binghamton, N.Y.
