CLIMBING THE RANKS
UVM became the third team in program history to reach 11 wins in a single season. The Catamounts matched the 2015 team for the second-highest single-season win total (11) with a win over Dartmouth on Wednesday night. Vermont is one win away from tying the single-season record.

FASTEST TO 11
The 2022 Catamounts are the fastest team to reach 11 wins in program history, doing so in the first 14 games of the season. Only two other teams have reached the 11-win mark. The 2014 Catamounts earned their 11th victory in their 16th game. Vermont reached 11 wins the following season in Game 17.

SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
Bryant carries a seven-game winning streak into Saturday's contest. Set to join America East next season, the Bulldogs are currently unbeaten in the Northeast Conference. Bryant is 1-1 against America East opponents this season with an 11-9 win over UMass Lowell (Apr. 6). The Bulldogs lost to New Hampshire (13-12, OT) in Durham, N.H. on Mar. 16, but rebounded with their current winning streak. Kenna Kaut leads the attack with 52 points on a team-high 42 goals. Cassidy Burns has 46 points, including 37 assists on the season. Burns' average of 3.08 assists per game ranks No. 2 in the nation. Goalkeeper Sam Centofante has the ninth-best goals against average (9.32) in the country.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Vermont is in search of its first win over Bryant, entering the fourth meeting between the two programs. The Bulldogs have taken all three victories by four goals each. The Catamounts last made the trip to Smithfield in 2020. Ava Vasile (3 goals), Riley Halloran (2 goals), and Taylor Mullen (2 goals) all registered multi-goal games in the 12-8 loss to the Bulldogs.

HEADING TO THE PLAYOFFS
The Catamounts clinched a berth in the America East Women's Lacrosse Championships for the second consecutive season with their win on Saturday (Apr. 16) at UNH. Vermont will make its 10th appearance in the conference tournament.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Junior midfielder Ava Vasile was named America East Offensive Player of the Week on Monday (Apr. 18). The Milford, Mass. native posted a career-high six goals and seven points in UVM's 14-12 win on Saturday (Apr. 16) at New Hampshire. Vasile's six-goal outing came on four free-position tallies and a career-best nine shots on goal. The junior also added an assist to match a career-high seven points for the second consecutive game.
