VANESSA COX #23 GAME
UVM will host its "Vanessa Cox #23 Memorial Game" on Saturday to honor the late Vanessa Cox '05. Head coachÂ
Sarah Dalton Graddock will select one player to wear Cox's No. 23 jersey. A UVM Athletic Hall of Fame inductee in 2015 and the program's all-time leader in points (173) and goals (133), Cox was tragically killed in a car crash in February of 2015 at the age of 31.

SCOUTING THE GREAT DANES
UAlbany enters Saturday's game with wins in two if its last five games. The Great Danes were selected third in the 2022 America East Preseason Poll – their first time being selected outside the top two since 2010. UAlbany has made it to the America East Championship game every year for the past decade and already have one conference win under its belt, with a 15-11 victory over Binghamton on Mar. 26. The Great Danes lost their most recent outing against Cornell (L, 20-15) despite leading point producer Katie Pascale's eight-point (4 goals, 4 assists) performance. Pascale ranks No. 2 in America East in points per game (5.40), and leads the league in assists per game (2.11).

UAlbany handed UVM their third loss of the year 20-5 in the Empire State. The conference foes rematched in the America East Semifinals, with the Great Danes defeating the Catamounts 17-8.
Maris Large and
Taylor Mullen each added three points (2 goals, 1 assist) for the Cats.
