CONTRIBUTIONS FROM ALL OVER
The Catamounts have been getting strong contributions from all over the squad early in the campaign. On the season, Jackie House has recorded eight individual wins, three relay wins, and garnered America East Swimmer of the Week once (week of October 17th). Co-captain Mina Poppas has registered multiple solo victories as well, including the 100 and 500 free against Merrimack and 100 free at the NJIT Invitational. Poppas has also been a part of three winning relay teams. She has also come in second twice as part of the 200 free (UNH meet) and the 400 free (NJIT Invitational) relay teams. Rookies for Vermont have not waited to make their impact on Catamount Country, with Natalie Schlemmer, Lilly Acker, Emma Wainwright and Autumn Bullinger all having earned their first individual collegiate victories already. Bullinger has also been a part of three winning relays including the 200 medley and 400 free at the NJIT Invitational and the 400 free at the Merrimack meet. Hally Laney has also been a key contributor registering a victory in the 200 fly at the UNH meet and the 100 fly in the NJIT Invitational. Also at the Invitational Laney was a part of the winning 200 medley relay team. Ella Church has continued her dominance for UVM in the 1000 free having won the competition three out of four times this season and finishing second at the UNH meet.
