SENIOR NIGHT
Before the game, the University of Vermont will honor its four seniors with a Senior Night ceremony, presented by the UVM Alumni Association. The Class of 2020 includes
Daniel Giddens,
Everett Duncan,
Anthony Lamb, and
Josh Speidel. The quartet have won 106 career games, tied for the most by an America East graduating class.
UVM TO HONOR SPEIDEL
After a five-year journey of recovery, Speidel will join the starting lineup on Tuesday. It will be Speidel's first appearance in a basketball game since the Columbus, Indiana native suffered a traumatic brain injury in a 2015 car accident that occurred prior to his arrival at UVM. Thanks to an agreement between UVM and UAlbany, Speidel will shoot Vermont's first basket of the game.
"THANK YOU BASKETBALL AND UVM" BY EVERETT DUNCAN '20
The Catamount Tribune is an avenue for UVM student-athletes, coaches, staff, alumni, and fans to tell unique stories in their own words. In the latest edition, Duncan talks about what Senior Night will mean to him as he reflects on his basketball career.

AMERICA EAST WEEKLY HONORS
Freshman
Aaron Deloney was named America East Rookie of the Week on Monday. Deloney collected his first career weekly honor from the conference after helping the Catamounts to a 94-77 win at UMass Lowell on Saturday. The floor general from Portland, Oregon scored a career-high 17 points and hit 7-of-9 attempts from the floor. He made his first five field goal attempts, including a pair from long range.
BACK IN THE POLLS
Vermont received one vote in this week's Associated Press Top 25 Poll. It's the sixth time that the Cats have earned at least one vote in the weekly poll this year.
SCOUTING UALBANY
The Great Danes sit fifth in the America East standings with a 7-8 conference record after dropping their last four games. Ahmad Clark leads the UAlbany offense with 16.7 points per game and 4.1 assists per game. The senior's 18.9 conference scoring average ranks fourth in America East. Cameron Healey averages 14.1 points per game and he is one of the league's top outside shooters at 34.8%, which is the third-best mark in the league. Down low, Romani Hansen is one of the top rebounders in the conference. The 6-8 senior has pulled in 7.3 rebounds per game against America East opponents.
INSIDE THE SERIES
The Catamounts have won the last eight meetings with the Great Danes, tied for the longest streak by one team in the series, and own a 32-14 all-time record against their league rival. In the last seven seasons, either UVM or UAlbany has claimed the outright regular season conference title and made an appearance in the America East Championship Game. Last month, the Cats used a season-high 33-point performance from Lamb to beat the Great Danes 86-75 in Albany.
