THE CLASS OF 2019 STANDS ALONE
Saturday's win at Hartford gave the Class of 2019 (Ernie Duncan and Samuel Dingba) career win No. 100. The duo surpassed the Class of 2018 as the school's all-time winningest class.

LAMB'S RECORD-SETTING WEEKLY AWARD
Anthony Lamb was lauded with his seventh America East Player of the Week honor of the season on Monday. Lamb passes former UVM standout Taylor Coppenrath for the most weekly awards by a Catamount in one season and ranks second all-time in league history behind Stony Brook's Jameel Warney (2014-15) and Hartford's Kenny Adeleke (2005-06) with eight awards. The junior averaged 22.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in a 2-0 week for the Green and Gold. He shot 57.6% (15-for-26) in the two victories with a pair of 20-point outings. The seven-time award winner leads the league with a 21.5 scoring average.

47 OF 49
UVM has won 47 of its last 49 regular season America East games dating back to the end of the 2015-16 season. This season, the Green and Gold suffered its only conference defeat last month as UMBC earned a 74-61 victory at Patrick Gym.

HOT-HAND EVERETT
Everett Duncan has made 16 of his last 34 attempts from three-point land (47.0%). In his previous 17 games played, the redshirt junior drained 13 total treys. He recorded his second career double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds in last month's duel with the Retrievers.

SPOILER ALERT
UMBC unveiled its brand new 5,000-seat Event Center on Feb. 3, 2018, but Vermont earned the first win on the new floor with an 81-53 victory. The roles were reversed in the 2018 America East Championship Game as second-seeded Retrievers played the role of spoiler with a 65-62 win over the top-seeded Cats in Burlington.

CONQUERING THE ROAD
Vermont has won a league-record 24 straight regular season conference road games, the second-longest active streak in the nation behind Gonzaga's 29-game streak.

SCOUTING UMBC
After dropping two of their first three conference games, the Retrievers have won eight of their last nine games and sit third in the America East standings with a 9-3 league record. On the defensive end of the floor, UMBC has the second-best scoring defense (59.8) in league play - trailing only Vermont. Joe Sherburne ranks eighth in America East with a 14.6 conference scoring average. In the last three games, he has averaged 16.3 points per game and has shot 47.4% (9-for-19) from long distance. K.J. Jackson sits second on the team with 12.1 points per game and has boasted a similar 16.2 scoring average in his last six games.

INSIDE THE SERIES
The Catamounts have controlled the all-time series with a 32-6 record, but have hit a slight snag with two straight defeats. Prior to last year's America East Championship Game, UVM had produced a 23-game winning streak against UMBC. The Green and Gold have also won 10 consecutive games in Baltimore and 13 of the last 15 overall.
