LEAGUE LEADERS
The Catamounts have produced the second-most points (41) by an America East team, trailing just No. 15 New Hampshire with 50 points. Tobinski remains at the top of the conference's scoring leaderboard with 14 points, six goals, three game-winning goals, 37 total shots, and 18 shots on goal.
SCOUTING UALBANY
The Great Danes, slated sixth in the America East Preseason Coaches' Poll right behind UVM, ride an impressive stretch into the weekend. In its last five games, UAlbany has only sustained one loss (3-1-1) which was a 1-0 defeat against Hartford in last weekend's conference opener. The Great Danes have produced 13 goals this season – tied with the Cats at No. 2 in the league. Austin DaSilva ranks second in the conference behind Tobinski with 11 points and five goals. The sophomore forward has tallied two goals in his last two games. Kaio DaSilva and Hafildi Sigurdarson follow with five points (2 goals, 1 assists) apiece. Goalie Isac Hjerten possesses the third-best save percentage (.750) by an America East keeper and has posted a 1.34 goals-against average.
INSIDE THE SERIES
The Catamounts will try to inch closer in the all-time series as the Great Danes hold a slight 12-10-2 edge. UVM will look to snap a three-year drought against UAlbany. Since 2011, the two rivals have met in the America East Tournament five times, including the Green and Gold's 2014 victory in the quarterfinal round.
