Vermont ranks in the top-50 statistically in three team categories – No. 18 in three-point percentage (41.0%), No. 24 in fewest fouls per game (15.5), and fewest turnovers per game (11.4). On the individual conference scene, Bell-Haynes leads the league with 63 total assists, two more than UMBC's K.J. Maura.

SCOUTING UMASS LOWELL
Coming into the season, the River Hawks were picked sixth along with Binghamton in the America East Preseason Coaches' Poll and enter the league schedule with a 6-7 overall record. The redshirt senior has posted 16.5 points per game over the last five outings and has shot 52.6% (30-for-57) from the floor. Last season, UVM recorded a +17.5-scoring margin and +11.5-rebounding margin in a pair of victories against its conference counterpart.
