BURLINGTON, Vt. - Vermont faces Radford in the quarterfinal round of the CBI Tournament on Monday (March 23) at Patrick Gymnasium. The Catamounts are hosting a postseason home game for the first time in program history. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. The game can be heard on ESPN 101.3 FM (online: 1013ESPN.com) and it will be streamed online at CatamounTV.com. UVM is coming off an 85-81 win at Hofstra on Wednesday in the first round, while Radford posted a 78-57 victory at Delaware State in the first round.

FAN FEST
A pregame Fan Fest will be held in the west lobby of Patrick Gymnasium starting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday ... All fans are invited to enjoy free food, drinks, and giveaways including Leonardo's pizza, Ben and Jerrys ice cream, Pom poms courtesy of the Alumni Association, and coca cola products ... The UVM Bookstore is selling gold t-shirts for Monday's CBI Quarterfinal game. T-shirts are available to purchase online now and will be available in the UVM Bookstore in the Davis Center on campus, as well as at the game on Monday. The t-shirts are on sale for $10.
LAST TIME OUT
On the 10th anniversary of Vermont's first men's basketball postseason win in school history, a 60-57 overtime victory against Syracuse in the 2005 NCAA Tournaemnt, the Catamounts won a postseason game for the fourth time in program hisotry and second time in UVM's CBI Tournament history ... Ethan O'Day scored a game-high 17 points to lead five Catamounts in double figures. The Catamounts led wire-to-wire and led 33-30 at the half. Vermotn shot 72.2 percent from the field in the second half alone (16-for-22) and finished the game shooting 55.8 percent from the floor to seal the win.
CATAMOUNTS & THE CBI
Vermont is making its seventh straight postseason appearance and 11th in the past 12 years ... The Catamounts are playing in the CBI for the third time ... UVM's first CBI appearance was in 2009, the Catamounts traveled to UW-Green Bay and defeated the Phoenix, 76-72, for the program's second postseason win in school history ... Vermont advanced to the quarterfinals where it fell at Oregon State, 71-70 in overtime ... The Catamounts were also selected to the CBI Tournament in 2013 ... UVM traveled to Santa Clara and fell to the Broncos, 77-67, in the first round ... Head coach John Becker is 1-1 in the CBI and the Catamounts are 2-2 in the tournament.
ABOUT RADFORD
Radford is 22-11 and posted a 12-6 mark (T-3rd) in the Big South this season ... The Highlanders, the No. 4 seed, advanced to the Big South Quarterfinals where it dropped a 67-66 decision to No. 5 Winthrop ... Javonte Green, an All-Big South First Time selection, leads Radford in scoring (15.2 ppg), rebounding (8.8 rpg) and steals (60) ... Green became the third player in Big South history to reach 1,000 career rebounds this season ... R.J. Price ranks second on the team in scoring (12.4 ppg) and ranks fifth all-time at Radford with 1,628 points ... Price has made 79 3-pointers ... As a team, Radford averages 72.9 points per game, while giving up 69.4 to opponents ... The Highlanders are shooting 46.0 percent from the field, 33.9 percent from 3-point range and 68.8 percent from the foul line this year ... Radford is out rebounding opponents 36.5 to 33.4 on the boards ... The Highlanders have posted back-to-back 20-win seasons for the first time since 1999 and are making their second straight CBI appearance ... The Highlanders won at Oregon State last year ... Radford is 1-3 all-time in the postseason as an NCAA Division I program (0-2 NCAA, 1-1 CBI) ... Head coach Mike Jones is in his fourth season at Radford.

UVM was the No. 2 seed or better for the 12th time in 14 years ... The Catamounts advanced to the America East semifinals for the 13th time in 14 years, falling to Stony Brook, 79-77 ... Vermont set a new America East mark for most 3-pointers in a half of a semifinal game with eight against the Seawolves.

- Vermont is 12-4 at Patrick Gymnasium this season (2014-15) and 42-15 overall, 29-3 in league play since John Becker took over the program (2011-12).
